Art Walks

These guided art walks offer a unique way of experiencing the Arts. The itineraries are diverse from visiting artist run galleries, back yard studios, public art, workshops and creative spaces to curated walks in site-specific locations. Artists are invited to talk or respond through their practice at each site. Each art walk is one to two hours in duration and offers an opportunity for creative discussion with like-minded individuals.

Footscray art walking tour - Victorian Seniors Festival

As part of Victorian Seniors Festival, VU Metro West is rediscovering art forms through a series of events. Come along as we may discover a few new things or two in the Footscray arts. More information at VU Metro West and BOOK Bec.Carey-Grieve@vu.edu.au



We start at the VU Metro West at 12pm and hear from Bob Carey-Greive on the latest exhibition Primed Canvas. We will pass by public artwork Compassion on the Asylum Seekers Resource Centre. Then down to Hopkins Street to hear artist talks at Trocadero Art Space and Five Walls Projects
