Art Walks

These guided art walks offer a unique way of experiencing the Arts. The itineraries are diverse from visiting artist run galleries, back yard studios, public art, workshops and creative spaces to curated walks in site-specific locations. Artists are invited to talk or respond through their practice at each site. Each art walk is one to two hours in duration and offers an opportunity for creative discussion with like-minded individuals.

Substations Revived

As part of Westside Discovery Tours presented by Maribyrnong City Council. 

Ever wondered the histories of the disused electric substations in Footscray? What did they power and who designed them? Take a tour at dusk and reimagine through light, sound and prose these past buildings functions. You will need your own myki card to travel from West Footscray to Footscray station. BYO torch.
