Art Walks

These guided art walks offer a unique way of experiencing the Arts. The itineraries are diverse from visiting artist run galleries, back yard studios, public art, workshops and creative spaces to curated walks in site-specific locations. Artists are invited to talk or respond through their practice at each site. Each art walk is one to two hours in duration and offers an opportunity for creative discussion with like-minded individuals.

West Projections - Walk 2 States of Blue

  • Victoria University - Nicholson campus Corner of Buckley and Nicholson Streets Footscray, VIC, 3011 Australia

Celebrating VU Arts Week and the Launch of States of Blue we begin at Victoria University (VU) Nicholson Street Campus. VU students works produced through Polytechnic courses. Past the Idea Collective to see Cat Lews work. Brad Hammond's interactive projection at City West Water. Along VU Metro West to see Glynn Urquhart’s work and installation by Skunk Control. Finishing off at States of Blue Celebration in Maddern Square with pop-up bar, food trucks, DJ and Quantum Van until 9pm.

  • No need to RSVP for States of Blue celebration in Maddern Square - all welcome
